I think this is one of the best creatines on the market, not too much water retention either which i like but definitely good strength and recovery.

Best creatine blend out on the market. I have tested many creatine products and I had the best results with this product. I feel like a BEAST literally when in the gym LOL.
If I can give any tips, my advice would be to use this product after workout with welchs grape juice. Do not use orange juice or anything that is to acidity. You will find that grape juice or even apple juice will give you an insulin spike after training which will transport creatine into your muscles much more faster. ;)

I tried this creatine stak and i can highly recommend it to anyone that wants to see really good results. Also it does not offer you bloating or stomack proplems like other creatine products.I love this product.
