Purple PsyKO Recommended Use:
Initial (First Serving ONLY) Instructions: To assess your individual tolerance to this product, combine 1 scoop of Purple PsyKO with 10-15 oz of water for a tangy/sweet shake or 20 oz for a refreshing shake, mix with a spoon, and consume it during your workout.
Add 1-2 Scoops of Purple PsyKO into 10-24 oz of cold water, and consume it during your workout.
