Whey Protein Recommended Use:
Mix 1 scoop (32 g) with 200-300 ml of noncarbonated water or milk. Acording to individual needs take 1-3 portion daily.
Training day: 1 portion immediately after waking up, 30 minutes before workout and immediately after workout.
Non-training day: 1 portion immediately after waking up, two others between meals if needed.
