Be.Supreme Recommended Use:
How - in a drinks bottle: Fill the bottle with 200 ml of room temperature water. Add 1 serving (2 scoops) of be.supreme and shake well for about 10-15 seconds. Add another 450ml - 500ml of cold water and shake well for a further 10-15 seconds.
When - before or during exercise or competition: Mix 1 scoop as above into 500ml - 700ml and drink as needed before and during exercise to top up liver glycogen.
Post-training/competition: Take 1 serving (2 heaped scoops) immediately or as soon as possible after exercise activity. For maximum results; take another full serving preferable within 4 hours if possible.
