Vitargo S2 Recommended Use:
Fill a shaker bottle with 10 to 12 ounces of room temperature/tepid water. Add 2 level scoops of Vitargo S2 and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Add an additional 10 to 12 ounces of cold water and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds.
