VitargoS2 plus Electrolytes Recommended Use:- Fill the bottle with 200ml of room temperature water.
- Add 1 serving(1 heaped scoop) of VitargoS2 and shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
- Add another 500ml of cold water and shake well for a further 10- 15 seconds.
Pre or during exercise or competition:
- mix 1 scoop as above into 700 ml and drink as needed before and during exercise.
Post-training/competition
