Diesel Test Hardcore Directions:
Always take with 8-12 oz. liquid 15-20 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal. Consume 6-10 tabs daily, five or six days/week. Workout day instructions: Consume 2 or 3 tabs AM, 4 or 5 tabs 45 min to one hour pre-workout, and 1 or 2 tabs post workout. If you workout in the morning, consume 3-5 tabs 45 min pre-workout, 2 to 3 tabs post workout and 2 tabs 4 hours after workout. If you experience a large increase in acne or aggression or if you feel the increase in libido/sex drive is too strong or if you notice a reduction in libido: reduce dosage by one or more tabs/day. PM dose should be consumed 4-6 hours hours after mid-day dose, not before bed. If this product starts to loose its "kick" with continued use, take one or more weeks off and continue use. Note: Diesel Test Hardcore will increase nitric oxide production therefore you will have to increase your daily water intake by a min. of 32oz a day while using this product. Also the DIM in DTH will/may cause urine to change color if you are not consuming enough water with and after each dose.
