This allows ADP to once become ATP, allowing the energy cycle to continue.

Kaizen Creatine Monohydrate Recommended Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 heaping teaspoon (5 grams), mixed into juice or water, 4 times daily for 5 days (loading dose). Thereafter, take 1 heaping teaspoon 1-2 times daily (maintenance dose). For individuals with body weight greater than 225 pounds, take 1 heaping teaspoon 5-6 times daily for loading dose and 2 times daily for the maintenance dose.
