I never leave reviews...but this product is insane. I have taken monohydrate before but never felt a pump like these babies! My chest and arms felt like they were going to rip out of skin. This is after 3 days of taking them?! I can push 5kgs more on the bench after 3 days of use and my form is so much better.I will never train without these again that's for sure.
