Cookies & cream is delicious, just like ice cream..the strawberry is gross & leaves a metallic awful taste in the mouth which lingers for ages...I have to brush my teeth and swill with mouthwash to get rid of the taste...I add water as I am not able to drink milk. I have the shake as a pre-workout drink to give me energy and instead of breakfast. Best drink yet...love it and shall continue taking it!
