ATP again, giving the cells more energy.
The body already has

However, heavy training and its demand on the muscles creates a need for
extra creatine. Adding creatine to the diet and saturating the cells
means faster ADP to ATP turnover. Extra energy means workouts can be
longer, and more weight can be lifted. In addition, the creatine helps
the cells stay hydrated, and this means more protein synthesis can
occur. Increased protein synthesis, in combination with longer workouts,
means more muscle building.
Creatine monohydrate is the most
effective creatine to use. However, some people may have stomach issues
when using it. To help with these issues, manufacturers make creatine
micronized. The creatine molecules are smaller, making it easier on the
stomach. In addition to being easier to digest, the smaller creatine
micronized particles fully dilute in water, making it much easier to
drink. Regular creatine can sometimes be gritty because the larger
particles may not dissolve fully, or sometimes sink to the bottom of the
container.

i put on half a stone in the first 3 days taking this, mainly water weight though. i do have good amounts of energy and i do feel slightly stronger.
