Carbonox Recommended Use:
Take 2-4 portions a day, depending on frequency and intensity of training and body weight. Add 1 portion (50 g - 90 measuring units = 3 scoops or 5 flat tablespoons) to o100 ml of water and drink approx. 30 min. before and just after training. Not suitable for diabetics. Keep out of reach of children.
