Knockout Recommended Use:
1 portion (14,15 g) twice daily, best 30 min. before work-out and 30 min. before meal, keeping at least 7 hours interval between portions or 1 portion (14,15 g) once a day, best 30 min. before work-out. Add 1 portion to 400 ml of water. While taking 1 portion daily, it is recommended to combine the product with other forms of creatine (TCM - 3-5 g per portion; monohydrate - 3-5 g per portion), which depending of the time of work-out can be taken morning or right after the work-out.
