Pure Whey Isolate 95 Recommended Use:
Usually, 1-3 portions daily are used (in the morning after awakening, between meals, after a training session and before going to bed). Method of preparation: Dissolve 1 portion of the product in ca. 200-300 ml of boiled and cooled water or milk and stir thoroughly. Using a blender is recommended. Do not boil. Take immediately after preparation.
