very easy to take less then with a lot of other multis, as said below hard to feel a massive impact from these but could ingredient profile and definetly feeling healthy.

Although with multivitamins you can't really see if it has a big impact, i definitely am feeling good while taking these however they can't take all the credit, would prefer the tablets to be smaller but still a lot easier to take over other products, there's no bad taste or smell and the ingredients look good, i can't find any products that i think will be better

Even if you don't know it, a multi-vitamin supplement is always usefull for a bodybuilder's life. Your food is hard to give you the whole amounts needed from vitamins and minerals for your body to perform well. I highly recommend it and you will not regret buying it..
