Slinshot Recommended Use:
For enhanced glycogen replenishment and nutrient uptake take 1-2 servings immediately post workout in combination with a high glycemic carbohydrate. For repartitioning effects, on non training days take 1-2 servings 15 minutes prior to largest carbohydrate meal. May use more then one serving daily.
