Animal M-Stak from Universal Nutrition is the answer to those who have reached a plateau in their workout. Universal Animal M-Stack Directions:
Take one pak every day for 21 consecutive days. On training days, take pak 45 minutes prior to exercise. On non-training days, take pak in the morning or early afternoon. Cycle product for maxium results: three weeks on and one week off.

Probably one of my favourite Animal Products and I usually use this when my gains slow down or to kick start a bulk. It makes me very hungry and my workouts are very hard whilst taking MStak. Ive had 3 tubs and never been disappointed.

This product was great! no side effects, pure concentration in the gym, much much stronger, went from 60kg decline to 100kg and you could just about imagine the rest..

I choose M-Stak in order to gain that little extra lean muscle, it worked great, you feel more focused and the strength improvements are apparent. I gained muscle which was visable after two cycles. In my eyes the harder you work the better the gains!

No side effects what so ever for me, i do recommened to stay away from high caffiene products however due to the red pill which is a stimulant!!
