I regularly use this as my multivitamin as it is the only one I can find which you can remove certain vitamins rather than them all being in 1 tablet. The added bonus of liver support and digestive enzymes make this an ideal supplement.

Some people say that vitamin supplementation is not og great importance when you have a balanced diet. I agree with that, however, if you are struggling to get proper food like me, i would highly recommend this product, full in minerals and vitamins for your optimum health and performance!
