Omega EFA (essential fatty acids) is the official “good” fats that are effective enough to strengthen your heart and immune system. They are also properly identified as Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFA) and are made of the purest ingredients on the market. The Omega EFA’s received through PowerBody are made of clear amber that’s obtained from the best grade of flaxseeds obtainable. They are conveniently carob coated softgel capsules made of 1000mg’s of the most favorable flax oil balanced in omega-3 and 6 fatty acids.
Omega-3 EFA’s can also be found in high concentrations of dark green vegetables like Broccoli, Seaweed, Spinach, Cabbage, Parsley and Brussels Sprouts. Fish also have high levels of Omega-3; however, it’s the oils that have the highest level of concentration especially fatty fish like Wild Salmon, Trout, Snapper, Whiting and Sardines.
