PowerFULL Recommended Use:
Extremely important sensitizing information: Cycle PowerFULL(tm) five days on followed by two days off. For example dose on Monday thru Friday and do not dose on Saturday and Sunday. Workout days:As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsule 30 minutes before workout and 2 capsule before bed. After 20 days of use experienced users may increase bed time dose to 3 capsules.
